Our Story

Owner Nilgun Boyar has 39 years of experience as a professional Executive Chef with fine dining. She graduated from Swiss Hotel Management and from the Prealpina Culinary Institute of Lausanne in Switzerland. Her daughter Nildal has 19 years of experience and has worked in several restaurants and hotels in London, including The Hilton Hotel for 2 years. She graduated from culinary school of Suleyman Demirel University in Turkey.

Nildal is also trained by her mother and works as the Head Sous Chef at Moussaka. Nilgun & Nildal will bring a great plate of food to your table, made with the finest, fresh ingredients and all presented with a personalized touch.
